Facebook has contact importers. If you have your friends email addresses that would be the quickest way to add them to facebook. Otherwise, you’re not able to easily transfer from one to the other. Another option would be to send all of your myspace friends the public URL for your facebook profile and tell them to add you. You could also put the link on your myspace page so people could add you that way. That would at least get you most of the way there. Note that privacy settings dictate whether or not certain aspects of your profile can be seen by others. You can find your facebook page url to send others by going to:
Settings in the top right corner of the screen next to the search box.
Click on Privacy Settings.
Click on Profile Information
Click on the button at the top right "Preview my profile".
Copy the link in your address bar and send it to anyone you want to ‘add you’ as a friend on facebook.
Accept friend requests.
